Bahan :

• 500 gr cumi, pilih ukuran besar


• 1 sdm tepung terigu (kurang lebih), untuk melumuri


• 1/2 sdt garam halus


• 500 ml minyak, untuk menggoreng

Bahan pencelup :

• 1 butir telur, kocok sebentar


• 50 gr tepung terigu + 50 gr tepung maizena (kurang lebih)


• 1/3 sdt merica bubuk


• 1/3 sdt garam halus


• 50 ml air dingin

Cara membuat :

1. Pisahkan kepala cumi dari badannya dan cuci bersih hingga putih. Iris bulat tipis dan rendam dalam air es selama kurang lebih 2 jam (simpan dalam
   
   lemari es).


2. Adonan celupan : kocok telur sebentar, kemudian campurkan dengan bahan lainnya, aduk rata. Tuangkan air sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga
   
   adonan kental. Sisihkan.


3. Iris cumi bentuk bulat setebal kurang lebih 1/2 cm. Lumuri tepung terigu yang di beri sedikit garam, tipis-tipis saja, ratakan.


4. Panaskan minyak cukup banyak diatas api sedang. Celupkan cumi iris bertepung ke dalam adonan celupan, goreng satu per satu hingga berwarna kuning
   
   kecokelatan dan matang. Angkat, tiriskan, hidangkan panas dengan saus mustard dan saus sambal, sesuai selera.

Tempe Penyet

Bahan :

• 150 gram tempe, goreng


• 2 buah cabai merah besar


• 8 buah cabai rawit merah


• 2 sdt terasi matang


• garam secukupnya


• 1 buah tomat mengkal, iris


• 1 sdt air jeruk limau


• daun kemangi secukupnya

1. Gunakan cobek dan ulekan, ulek kasar cabai merah besar, cabai rawit, terasi, dan garam. Tambahkan limau dan irisan tomat mengkal, aduk rata.


2. Penyet tempe diatasnya hingga pipih.


3. Sajikan dengan daun kemangi.

Dengan N97, Nokia ingin mengembalikan supremasi NSeries sebagai raja ponsel multimedia. Jika sebelumnya Nokia 5800 XpressMusic terasa kurang prestisius dan terbilang “standar” dari segi fitur, N97 memiliki spesifikasi yang dijamin akan membuat kita ternganga (dan mungkin ngiler juga)

Inilah ponsel pertama dengan memori internal 32GB (lebih besar dibanding netbook yang memakai SSD), dan juga yang pertama dengan konsep “Social location” yang memanfaatkan sensor A-GPS dan kompas elektronik. Konsep ini diklaim amat berguna untuk mengupdate informasi status Anda di jejaring sosial dengan mudah.

Satu hal yang membuat N97 amat layak dipakai sebagai pusat hiburan adalah layar sentuh 3,5 inci berformat lebar 16:9. Buat yang suka ketik-ketik, terdapat keyboard QWERTY geser (mirip ponsel berbasis Windows Mobile). Tentunya virtual touch input juga masih bisa digunakan. Untuk tombolnya, hanya menggunakan tiga baris yang memang menghemat tempat, tapi sepertinya tak ada tombol angka tersendiri. Ini bisa merepotkan atau tidak jadi masalah sama sekali. Layarnya sendiri dapat diatur sudut kemiringannya dan sekilas mirip HTC TyTN II.

Untuk baterai, N97 diklaim dapat memutar musik tanpa henti selama 1,5 hari. Kamera, sayangnya, masih 5 megapixel dengan lensa Carl Zeiss. Video dapat direkam dengan aspect ratio 16:9 dengan kualitas setara DVD.

Untuk masalah yang terpenting, harga diperkirakan sekitar EURO 550 sebelum pajak atau subsidi. Kita hitung-hitungan sejenak. Jika 1 EURO = Rp 15 ribu, maka harganya sekitar RP 8,25 juta sebelum pajak. Jadi prediksi harga di Indonesia sekitar Rp 9 juta. Menurut rencana, N97 akan hari di pertengahan tahun 2009.
